- Conditions for Return: Items must be in original packaging and condition, accompanied by the receipt. Returns are not accepted for reasons that could affect the resale of the product.
- Required Information: Please provide your order number and reason for the return or refund. We will review your request and, if approved, will send further instructions by email.
- Eligible Purchases: Only purchases made directly are eligible for refund or exchange. If purchased through other websites, please contact them directly for assistance.
- Special Deals: Items purchased as part of a special deal cannot be returned.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs for personal reasons are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please keep the packaging and contact us immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue. To expedite the process, please provide:
