Return Policy

At Cozy Corner, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer refund and exchange options under the following conditions:

Return and Refund Policy

- Request Timeline: All returns or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email askcozycorner@gmail.com to initiate your request.
- Conditions for Return: Items must be in original packaging and condition, accompanied by the receipt. Returns are not accepted for reasons that could affect the resale of the product.
- Required Information: Please provide your order number and reason for the return or refund. We will review your request and, if approved, will send further instructions by email.
- Eligible Purchases: Only purchases made directly are eligible for refund or exchange. If purchased through other websites, please contact them directly for assistance.
- Special Deals: Items purchased as part of a special deal cannot be returned.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs for personal reasons are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please keep the packaging and contact us immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue. To expedite the process, please provide:

- Order number  
- Proof of purchase  
- Photos of the damaged packaging or product  
- Your correct shipping address  

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. However, if the damage is determined to be customer-caused, additional fees may apply.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 36 hours. Order Changes or Cancellations

To modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 2 days of placing the order. We will process your request as soon as possible. Please note that orders already shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
